One of the most common problem of men
is hair loss, this problem has become worldwide affecting almost one-third of
the population. Every man loses hundred hair stands on a daily basis.
Hair loss is a natural phenomenon, as
a man you don’t need to worry over a few follicles falling off. Hair loss in
men has many causes which include stress, diet, medications, mineral
deficiency, pollution and genetics. As a man putting on a cap, hat or helmet can
be another reason of hair loss. The following are list of solutions to help
reduce or deal with hair loss in men:

Try and always wash your hair with
mild shampoo: Washing your hair regularly is a part of preventing hair loss because
it keep your hair and scalp clean. Washing your hair regularly lower the risk
of infections and dandruff that may lead to hair breakage or loss. In addition,
clean hair also gives the impression of more volume.

Taking vitamin for hair loss: Vitamins
are also very good for hair. A study has shown that vitamin A can encourage
healthy production of sebum in the scalp, while vitamin E betters blood
circulation in the scalp to help the hair follicles remain productive. Also vitamin
B helps the hair maintain its healthy color.

Try and always enrich your diet with
protein: Eating protein diet like fish, lean meats, soy or any other proteins helps
to promote healthy hair and in turn helps reduce hair loss.

Using essential oils: If you have
been experiencing hair loss for quite some time you can massage the scalp with
essential oil for couple of minutes. Massaging the scalp with essential oil
helps your hair follicles remain active. Also you can easily add lavender in an
almond or sesame oil.

Don’t brush your hair if it’s wet: If
your hair is actually wet it is in its weakest state. Make sure you avoid
brushing your wet hair because it can increase your chances of hair loss. You
can use a very wide-toothed comb if you must comb your wet hair. Make sure you avoid
brushing your hair too frequently as doing so can injure your hair and then
increase the chances of hair loss. You can use your fingers to undo tangles,
not with a comb or brush.

You can be rubbing garlic juice,
onion juice or ginger juice: You can rub one of the juices on your scalp and
then leave it overnight. After that wash it out in the morning. Make sure you do
it regularly for a week and you will see noticeable result.

Try and always keep yourself hydrated:

drink at least 4 to 8 cups of water in a day in other to stay hydrated and for
the growth of a healthy hair.

You can rub green tea into your hair:
According to research rubbing green tea into hair can help to curb hair loss
