This is the misalignment of the wall that really separates both sides of the nose, which restricts airflow. This condition can cause mouth breathing during sleep, leading to snoring. 6.    Try and limit or avoid alcohol before bed: Make sure you don’t consume alcohol for at least 2 hours before your bedtime. Actually alcohol can relax the throat muscles, which can lead to snoring.

7.    Make sure you avoid taking sedatives before bed: If you can stop using sedative before bed it may ease your chance of snoring.
