Actually fat belly is linked to different diseases because is the most harmful fat in the body. Apart from working out, it is good to avoid junk food and alcohol. Avoiding junk food and alcohol can help you to get a flat belly.

The following are the tips on how to burn belly fat in less than a week.

 

1.    Try and include aerobic exercises in your daily routine: A research has shown that this is the most effective form of exercise to reduce belly fat. Your general health will improve by burning many calories. You can start doing high-intensity workouts of running, swimming or aerobic classes, don’t also forget that frequency and duration are essential for satisfying results.

 

    Make sure you reduce refined carbs: You can avoid consuming refined carbs in other to lose fat around the abdominal area and have a good metabolic health. It is not compulsory to stick to a strict low-carb diet, it can be replaced with unprocessed carbs. Instead of eating white bread, white rice and sodas, you can eat more of vegetables and whole grains.

If you can be eating two to three portions a week you can reduce the risk of illnesses like heart disease and also burn your belly fat. 4.    Make sure you start your day with a high protein breakfast: You can start your day with some protein smoothies, Greek yogurt, scrambled egg whites or porridge. After you have eaten proteins in the morning you will actually feel full until lunch without any hunger pangs. A study has shown that proteins can increase metabolic rate while retaining muscle mass during weight loss. You can also add some proteins such as chicken, eggs, fish, beans or dairy in your every other meal.

     Make sure you drink enough water: Staying hydrated is important for your general health even if you don't want to lose weight. Drinking four to five liters of water on a daily basis is recommended and you will burn more calories.  Studies have shown that drinking right before eating reduces your appetite as well as calorie intake. Try as much as possible to avoid any other beverages containing lots of sugars and calories. If you can drink warm water with lemon in the morning on an empty stomach it will help to kick start your metabolism and digestive system as well.

6.    Make sure you reduce your salt intake: When you consumed salt it retains water and then make your belly feels bloated. If you want to make a purchase always make sure the nutrition label does not mention high sodium levels, since most of these processed food consists of salt, added sugar and unhealthy fats.
