Have you in anytime had that moment
where you wonder if you smell well or not so great? Actually it happens. The
good thing is that there are some few things you can do to make your body odor
go away.
1.
Make Sure You Always Keep Yourself
Squeaky Clean: Make sure you always shower at least once a day, wash away sweat
and get rid of some of the bacteria on your skin. Normally sweat itself is
basically odorless, but when the bacteria that live on your skin mix with the
sweat in your body they multiply quickly and lead to body odor. Washing
thoroughly most especially the areas where you tend to sweat can help to
prevent body odor.
2.
Always Use Antibacterial Soap:
Actually antibacterial soap bar can help to get rid of some bacteria, which can
help with the odor. If you want to purchase a bar soap just look for the word
"antibacterial" on the soap's packaging.
3.
Ensure You Towel Off Very Well:
Anytime you finished showering, dry yourself completely and pay close attention
to the areas where you sweat a lot. When the skin is dry, it is very hard for
bacteria that cause body odor to breed on it.
4.
Always Use 'Industrial Strength'
Antiperspirants: After you have clean and dry your body you can use a strong
antiperspirant on your underarms. Antiperspirants have aluminum chloride, which
is a chemical that helps keep sweat at bay, and it is also have deodorant. You
can use it twice a day, which is once in the morning and once in the evening. You
don’t actually need a prescription to get a powerful antiperspirant. Just look
for the ones that say they’re higher strength.
5.
Always Try And Keep Your Clothes
Clean: Make sure you change clothes often when you're sweating heavily. Fresh
clothes really help to keep body odor down. Also change your socks as well, most
especially if you are likely to have foot odor. Try and also use deodorant
powders in your shoes, replace insoles often, and go barefoot if possible.
6.
You Have To Cut Back On Certain Foods
or Drinks: Most times what you eat may affect your body odor. Some foods that can
make you sweat more, such as hot peppers or other spicy foods, can lead to body
odor. And the aroma of foods like garlic or onions can be carried in your
sweat. Also some drinks with caffeine or alcohol can also make you sweat more.
