How to eliminate body odor internally

 


Have you in anytime had that moment where you wonder if you smell well or not so great? Actually it happens. The good thing is that there are some few things you can do to make your body odor go away.

 

1.    Make Sure You Always Keep Yourself Squeaky Clean: Make sure you always shower at least once a day, wash away sweat and get rid of some of the bacteria on your skin. Normally sweat itself is basically odorless, but when the bacteria that live on your skin mix with the sweat in your body they multiply quickly and lead to body odor. Washing thoroughly most especially the areas where you tend to sweat can help to prevent body odor.

 

2.    Always Use Antibacterial Soap: Actually antibacterial soap bar can help to get rid of some bacteria, which can help with the odor. If you want to purchase a bar soap just look for the word "antibacterial" on the soap's packaging.

 

3.    Ensure You Towel Off Very Well: Anytime you finished showering, dry yourself completely and pay close attention to the areas where you sweat a lot. When the skin is dry, it is very hard for bacteria that cause body odor to breed on it.

 

 

4.    Always Use 'Industrial Strength' Antiperspirants: After you have clean and dry your body you can use a strong antiperspirant on your underarms. Antiperspirants have aluminum chloride, which is a chemical that helps keep sweat at bay, and it is also have deodorant. You can use it twice a day, which is once in the morning and once in the evening. You don’t actually need a prescription to get a powerful antiperspirant. Just look for the ones that say they’re higher strength.

 

5.    Always Try And Keep Your Clothes Clean: Make sure you change clothes often when you're sweating heavily. Fresh clothes really help to keep body odor down. Also change your socks as well, most especially if you are likely to have foot odor. Try and also use deodorant powders in your shoes, replace insoles often, and go barefoot if possible.

 

6.    You Have To Cut Back On Certain Foods or Drinks: Most times what you eat may affect your body odor. Some foods that can make you sweat more, such as hot peppers or other spicy foods, can lead to body odor. And the aroma of foods like garlic or onions can be carried in your sweat. Also some drinks with caffeine or alcohol can also make you sweat more.
